American born Sarah Merriam Pierce studied both theatre arts and fine art in this country and built a career in the performing arts. In 1991 she completed the first UK International Feldenkrais training in
London and since has used her expertise in teaching children and adults from all walks of life.
She has an insatiable curiosity in what makes us "tick" and strives to help individuals gain confidence not only in movement, but in their way of thinking.
